1. What type of enhancements are done?
All of our enhancements are done digitally.
2. I previously purchased an enhancement and now I want to purchase prints, can I?

You may purchase prints from us up to 6 months after the enhancement. The picture file that was sent can be used to print anywhere that will print digital pictures.

3. I want to purchase a custom photo enhancement, how do I get a quote?

For a quote please fill out this form and then upload your photo. We will return a quote within 4-6 business hours (9-4pm EST)

4. Do you remove people from a photo?

At this time we do not provide this service. We can crop your picture for you to remove the person, but cannot restore the picture. There are many places on the web that provide this service.

5. I placed an order what do I need to do?

You will receive an email within 24 hours; this will include information on how to send the photo to be enhanced and how long this may take. It will also include information on where you can mail a photo if you do not have digital photo to send.

6. How do I scan my photos

When scanning photos it is best to use the highest resolution possible. Photos need to be scanned at 300 dpi to ensure quality touch ups. Please be sure to highlight or select the photo before you click 'scan'. You may have to reset the resolution on your scanner, since most scanners default to a low resolution for document printing.Look under options in your scanner program for the resolution settings

7. I mailed my pictures, what happens from there?

I will then scan the picture and begin the work. I will send you an email when I receive the picture and you will receive an email when I mail the picture back to. Please note that I do not charge extra for photo(s) to be scanned that you want enhancements done as other places do.

8. How long does the process take

It depends on the enhancement, most enhancements take a few hours to complete, while other more difficult enhancements can take up to 72 hours to complete. Custom enhancements will be include a time frame in the quote so you will know when to expect your proof.

9. Are any of the photos you have posted for sale?

No, please note that all the pictures on my site are copyrighted material and not for sale. Please do not copy these pictures as your own.

10. Can I mail my photos to you?

Yes, place your order and then click on the order form option. Then print the order form with any instructions that you may have for the enhancement. Please include a phone number or email address that we can reach you. We will inform you when we receive the photos and when the work is done. We can accept payment by money order through the mail. We will return all photos that are mailed to us after we are done with any enhancements that you have done

11. What pavements do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through either Google Checkout, Paypal or Amazon Checkout, or you can mail a money order along with your order form

12. Do you offer discounts?

We do offer discounts. Please contact us about what enhancements you would like done. the quality.
